2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to technician availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted access to services.

3. Payments

All payments for services must be made as per the agreed quotation. Certain services may require an advance payment, which will be communicated during booking.

4. Service Liability

While our technicians are trained professionals, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing appliance damage not disclosed at the time of service.
Delays due to external factors such as weather, traffic, or parts unavailability.
Misuse of the appliance after the service is completed.

5. Warranties

Some services may include a limited warranty. The warranty period and scope will be clearly communicated. Claims outside the warranty period will not be entertained.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Ensure that appliances are in a condition suitable for repair or servicing.
Respect the time and effort of our technicians.

7. Limitation of Liability

Online Service Booking is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service usage, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
